Our premier red, a Supertuscan aged 18 months in French oak barrels. A balanced tannin structure and good spicy aromatic tones, which espouse well the typical leather and earthy tones of the Sangiovese. Complex, profound, with a lively acidity. The label features MonteRosola's magical door, placed amidst the oak trees next to the vineyard. It reads "knock before you enter", a call to pause and appreciate the beauty of the surroundings - and the greatness of the wine.

Naso marcato di frutti neri. Elegante, complesso e ben equilibrato, con un pizzico di cacao nel lungo finale.

Il nostro premier rosso, un Supertuscan invecchiato 18 mesi in botti di rovere francese. Una struttura tannica equilibrata e buoni toni aromatici speziati, che sposano bene le tonalità calde ed il “cuoio” tipiche del Sangiovese. Complesso, profondo, con una vivace acidità. L'etichetta presenta la “porta magica di MonteRosola”, posta in mezzo alle querce accanto al vigneto. Si legge "bussare prima di entrare", una monito per fermarsi ad apprezzare la bellezza dei dintorni - e la grandezza del vino.
